Join our team as a Physical Landscape Labourer, specializing in hands-on tasks like planting and maintenance. This role requires physical strength and a passion for outdoor work.
In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of landscape construction tasks. Key activities include weeding, cutting grass, repairing equipment, and laying sod or seed. You’ll also receive on-the-job training and mentorship geared towards youth, enhancing your skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities: • Tie and secure plants and apply fertilizers • Weed, prune, and maintain trees and shrubs • Rake, collect refuse, and remove litter • Cart and spread topsoil and planting materials • Operate landscaping equipment as required
Requirements: • Comfortable with heavy lifting • Physically demanding work workplace • Flexibility for various shifts throughout the week • Motivation to learn and grow through mentorship • Interest in a hands-on outdoor career
