• Innovation works closely with investment teams and corporate departments across BCI to identify high-potential opportunities and leads initiatives from concept through experimentation and piloting to transition into the business. A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; ~ an MBA, CFA, or similar designation is an asset ~10+ years of progressive experience in investment management, capital markets, banking, consulting, or a related field ~ Strong knowledge of the investment management industry and institutional investment processes ~ A demonstrated passion, curiosity, and track record with new and emerging technologies, including sustained hands-on use of leading AI tools and concrete examples of applying them to business problems ~ A broad awareness of the emerging technology landscape and its implications for institutional investors ~ Sufficient technical fluency to engage credibly with technologists and vendors, and to translate between technical and business audiences ~ Excellent communication and presentation skills,

The annualized salary range for this role is CAD $150,000 - $180,000.
