Winpak is looking for a Procurement Specialist in Winnipeg, Manitoba, to enhance their Supply Chain operations. This onsite role focuses on sourcing, supplier engagement, and productive procurement strategies.

As a key member of the Procurement Team, you'll manage daily operations, ensuring optimal material support and compliance with internal standards. Key responsibilities revolve around supplier relationships, monitoring quality, and preparing ERP records to facilitate smooth procurement processes. Your expertise in sourcing and negotiation will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee sourcing and procurement of indirect goods • Maintain accurate ERP records for supplier data and costs • Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers • Manage supplier relationships throughout the procurement process • Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and ISO standards

Requirements: • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent mandatory • Minimum 2 years in procurement or supply chain roles • Proficient in using ERP systems • Strong Excel skills for data analysis • Enrollment in SCC’s SCMP program preferred
