Daily responsibilities include training staff, closing the kitchen, and ensuring food quality.
Key Responsibilities: • Ensure accurate cooking techniques and food presentation • Oversee inventory management and supply orders • Provide hands-on training for culinary staff • Conduct daily taste tests for quality assurance • Report equipment and supply discrepancies as needed
