Sanofi’s manufacturing network is undergoing a fundamental digital transformation — moving from paper-based systems to fully integrated, GxP-compliant MES environments across 30+ global sites. The MES Digital Configuration Lead is the technical backbone of this transformation.
Based at Sanofi Pasteur’s major Toronto site — one of Sanofi’s most strategic manufacturing hubs in the Americas — you will drive the design, build, and lifecycle of Sanofi’s global MES solutions (Siemens Opcenter Execution Pharma / Körber PAS-X), ensuring core model consistency, GxP compliance, and strong business alignment across the manufacturing network.
Working closely with Product Owners, digital teams, and industrial sites worldwide, this role covers architecture, configuration, integration, and continuous improvement of MES deployments at global scale. This is not a support role — it is a senior strategic leadership position with direct impact on patient safety, regulatory standing, and Sanofi’s ability to scale manufacturing digitalization globally.
