Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate payroll processing and lifecycle changes
• Handle employee terminations and finalize pay calculations
• Administer benefits enrollments and extensions
• Ensure accurate payroll record-keeping and compliance
• Assist with year-end reporting and reconciliations
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in payroll processing
• PCP designation or actively pursuing it
• Proficient understanding of payroll legislation
• Familiarity with UKG, Kronos, or Workday
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
