Key Responsibilities: • Process and validate payroll transactions accurately • Administer salary changes, hires, and terminations • Conduct payroll reconciliations and audits • Prepare year-end payroll reports, including T4s • Provide exceptional customer service for payroll queries
Requirements: • Certification as a Payroll Manager (CPM) is required • 5-7+ years of payroll experience in a high-volume role • Hands-on Workday Payroll experience necessary • Familiarity with pension plan administration preferred • Strong communication and collaboration skills
