TEEMA is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer with a solid foundation in cloud environments and Kubernetes support. This role involves providing critical technical support, developing advanced automation systems, and designing monitoring solutions to preemptively address system issues. As a key member of the team, you will also collaborate with DevOps and take part in a 24×7 on-call rotation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support meeting defined SLAs • Operate and maintain Kubernetes-based AWS systems • Develop automation for reliability and efficiency • Create scalable monitoring and alerting solutions • Build comprehensive runbooks for NOC/SOC teams
Requirements: • Minimum 3 years experience in SRE or DevOps role • Hands-on with AWS infrastructure and Kubernetes • Proficient in Linux and Bash scripting • Experience with cloud monitoring and incident management • Willing to participate in 24×7 on-call rotation
