Drive innovation in manufacturing as the Plant Director for a long-established family-owned company in Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean. Oversee production operations and spearhead modernization efforts in a thriving environment.
You'll report directly to the President and CEO, managing all activities from raw material receipt to finished product shipment. With a focus on increasing production capacity and ensuring quality, you will lead a team of around 30 employees in a highly autonomous workplace, translating operational data into effective actions.
