In this permanent role, you will focus on various electrical duties including the installation, repair, and upgrading of systems used in 53 school facilities. The position requires a team-oriented attitude and the ability to respond to emergencies efficiently. Experience in commercial settings is important to thrive in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and repair electrical systems, lights, and motors
• Manage responses to electrical emergencies district-wide
• Develop layouts and strategies for job execution




• Advise District staff on technical concerns
• Maintain inventory and district vehicle operations
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 with Electrical Qualification in BC
• Minimum two years of journeyperson experience
• Extensive knowledge of current electrical methods
• Competent organizational and communication skills
• Class 5 BC Driver's License required
