Join ʔAkisq̓nuk First Nation as Director of Health and Wellness, guiding health initiatives and overseeing community programs. This full-time role emphasizes cultural sensitivity and healthcare collaboration. This leadership position, reporting to the CAO, necessitates strategic planning and effective resource management for health services.

You will ensure successful program implementation while monitoring effectiveness and compliance, building relationships with community partners and healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement community health initiatives
- Supervise the Health and Wellness team effectively
- Collaborate with various health stakeholders
- Manage finances and budget for health programs
- Develop quality assurance practices for service delivery Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a health-related domain
- 5+ years in senior leadership or management
- Familiarity with indigenous healthcare frameworks
- Solid analytical and project management skills
- Experience presenting to community stakeholders Drive change and improve health outcomes for ʔAkisq̓nuk community members with your comprehensive health management skills.
