Join Gowling WLG as Director of Legal Talent to shape recruitment and development strategies for legal professionals. In this senior management position, you will lead initiatives for the engagement and retention of law students and associates across Canada. Lead recruitment efforts and relationships for lawyers

- Administer associate performance evaluations and compensation processes
- Manage integration of law student programs and internships
- Coordinate training and developmental programs for associates
- JD or equivalent Bachelor's degree in law
- At least five years of law firm experience
- Expertise in legal talent management and recruitment
- Make an impact on legal talent strategy at Gowling WLG.
