Lead mental health initiatives at New Destiny as the Director of Mental Health Services. Oversee a team to deliver trauma-informed care designed for families facing domestic violence and housing instability. New Destiny is on a mission to end domestic violence and homelessness.

This full-time role focuses on clinical oversight and administrative functions to enhance mental health services. You will guide crisis interventions, conduct assessments, and support the professional development of Clinical Social Workers. - Supervise crisis intervention and evidence-based plans
- Conduct individual and group supervision for staff




- Assess and provide counseling to high-needs clients
- Manage mental health grant budgets diligently
- Collaborate with teams to ensure an integrated approach

Requirements:

- Active LCSW license in Recent York State
- 3-5 years of clinical and supervisory experience
- Experience with domestic violence survivors
- Strong organizational and community engagement skills
- Bilingual preferred for client communication
