In this casual role, you will engage with customers and donors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and efficient store operations. Your responsibilities will include sorting and pricing items, maintaining store displays, and collaborating with team members and volunteers. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a friendly customer-oriented environment
• Sort and price donation items accurately
• Stock and organize shelves and displays
• Process transactions at the register with accuracy
• Participate in teamwork and store promotions
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with computer systems and cash handling
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
• Solid skills in communication and team collaboration
