Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement personalized recreational programs
• Facilitate engaging activities and events
• Observe and assess individual resident needs




• Record participation and feedback for program enhancements
• Welcome current residents and help them integrate socially
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in recreation, therapeutic recreation, or similar
• Experience working with the elderly and understanding their needs
• Familiarity with leisure activity principles
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Must pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
