Your mission as Director of OHS and Health and Well-Being You will support managers and teams in proactive risk management, while ensuring the mobilization and development of the OHS team. More Specifically, As Director Of OHS And Health And Well-Being, You Will Actively Contribute To Changing The Organization's OHS Culture By Promote a culture of prevention, accountability and continuous improvement

- Risk Management and Operational Excellence Structure and optimize OHS programs, policies and procedures
- Ensure the identification and proactive management of risks
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in OHS. Maintain an active field presence with teams and managers
- Mental Health & Wellness Develop and promote initiatives that promote overall health, well-being and work-life balance
- Raise awareness among managers and teams of the importance of psychological health

- The profile that will allow you to succeed as a Director of OHS and Health and Well-Being: You have a university education in a relevant field (industrial relations, operations management, human resources or other related field)
- You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in occupational health and safety
- You have significant experience in team management and coaching managers
- You have worked in multi-operational environments such as transportation, manufacturing, distribution or hazardous materials
- You have solid background in OHS culture development and change management
- You are proficient in OHS laws and regulations in provincial and federal contexts
- You are bilingual (French and English, spoken and written).
