Job Summary:

We are hiring a Director of Real Estate and Franchise Development to oversee site selection, lease negotiations, and development strategy for new store openings and relocations, as well as new franchisee pipeline building. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in QSR, retail, or franchise real estate and be ready to lead development efforts at a strategic level.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute market expansion and real estate strategies
- Identify and evaluate new locations using data-driven models that incorporate sources such as market research, demographics, and sales forecasting
- Lead lease negotiations, renewals, and relocations




- Collaborate with internal teams on design, construction, operations, and legal matters
- Manage external relationships with brokers, landlords, and developers
- Create and present site packages and proposals to senior leadership
- Track and report on real estate KPIs and performance metrics
- Development recruitment strategies for new franchisees, including attendance at trade shows and building relationships with business brokers
- Work alongside marketing and operations to create effective franchisee recruitment materials, and manage lead pipeline

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of real estate development experience in QSR, retail, or franchise sectors
- Proven ability to negotiate and secure high-performing retail sites
- Strong analytical, financial, and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (MBA a plus)
