and collaborative work environmentINTERESTED IN JOINING THE TEAM?Apply now and help contribute to the success of large-scale projects in a company where your expertise will be recognized and valued.YOUR ROLEAs an Accounting Technician, you will be responsible for the full management of billing and accounts payable for our construction projects.Your main responsibilities will include:Preparing, issuing, and following up on project billingManaging accounts payable, including invoice verification and approvalEnsuring compliance of financial documents (contracts, purchase orders, change orders)Liaising with project managers to resolve financial discrepanciesPerforming account reconciliations and participating in monthly and periodic closingsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?You are the ideal candidate if you:Hold a DEC in Accounting or an equivalent qualificationHave a minimum of two years of accounting experienceHave experience in the construction industry (an asset)Are bilingual (an asset)Are proficient in Excel and the Maestro accounting softwareAre autonomous and able to manage priorities effectivelyAre recognized for your rigor, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
