As a Youth Worker, you will be responsible for assisting young persons in a secure workplace through structured programming and case management. Key Responsibilities:
• Organize programs focused on youth engagement and education
• Maintain records of daily activities and interventions
• Promote compliance with rules and procedures
• Conduct searches and ensure routine counts are performed
• Document and report on the progress of youth
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant social sciences or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years working with at-risk youth
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Capacity to operate independently under guidelines
• Current driver’s license and First Aid Certification required
