It is an excellent opportunity for a real estate investment qualified looking to step into a broader leadership role within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.The Role:Reporting directly to the Head of Investments & Finance, the Associate Director will lead key aspects of the investment process - from financial analysis and due diligence to market research, deal structuring, and financing support. This individual will also oversee and mentor junior team members and work closely with leaders across the Construction, Development, and Asset Management teams.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain detailed financial models and proformas for new developments and acquisitionsSupport the evaluation of new investment opportunities across residential, commercial, and senior living sectorsConduct market and competitive research to inform investment decisionsPlay a lead role in structuring and securing both debt and equity financingParticipate in due diligence and coordinate cross-functional input on prospective dealsCollaborate with senior internal stakeholders to align investment analysis with broader business strategiesProvide leadership,
