Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with established nursing principles and orders
• Assist in assessing and developing care plans for residents
• Keep track of changes in resident conditions and refer to physicians




• Supervise personal care staff and evaluate their performance
• Conduct timely and accurate medication passes
Requirements:
• Professional certification from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Background in caring for seniors, especially those with cognitive impairments
• Understanding of infection control measures
