Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze corporate minute books and records
• Prepare and file Articles of Incorporation and amendments
• Draft corporate resolutions and related documentation

Requirements:
• 5+ years as a Corporate Law Clerk in a law firm
• Completion of the ILCO Certification Program
• Strong knowledge of corporate statutes
