Key Responsibilities:
• Install and maintain climate control systems
• Conduct preventative maintenance on electrical and plumbing systems




• Respond quickly to tenant service requests and operational issues
• Assist in environmental assessments and reporting
• Participate in corporate health and safety programs
Requirements:
• Completion of BES 1 & 2 is required
• 2 years of experience in building operations is an asset
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Entry-level Microsoft Office skills
• Criminal verification check mandatory
