Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment, ensuring that dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly sanitized and ready for use. Responsibilities

- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure all workspaces are hygienic and organized
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including handling ingredients and supporting kitchen staff
- Support the overall cleanliness of the kitchen by disposing of waste properly and cleaning surfaces regularly




- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service times
- Adhere to all safety protocols related to food service and sanitation standards

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed
- Willingness to learn new skills related to kitchen operations and food safety regulations
