Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Kitchen Helper to join our dynamic food service team. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our restaurant by maintaining cleanliness through managing the flow and operations of our dish-pit, and ensuring a smooth kitchen workflow. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to food safety standards.

Duties

- Run the dish-pit area; running dirty dishes through dishwasher, returning clean dishes to their respective area
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas throughout shifts




- Restock supplies as needed to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting (up to 50 lbs) or moving supplies

Pay: $18.48 per hour
