Duties

- Responsible for thoroughly cleaning dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as ingredient prep, assembling dishes, or organizing supplies to support chefs and kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas including floors, counters, and storage spaces to ensure a safe and sanitary workspace.
- Support food handling procedures by following proper safety protocols and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Help with meal assembly and serving when needed to ensure timely delivery of orders to guests.




- Restock supplies and organize storage areas to keep the kitchen well-equipped and efficient.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines diligently to promote a safe working environment for everyone.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, food handling practices, and food safety standards is advantageous.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or moving heavy items safely.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.

- Willingness to follow instructions carefully and adhere to health regulations at all times.
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY.
