Nonna's Italian Street food is looking for a Dishwasher / Prep Cook to join our busy & growing Coquitlam location

Duties:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established Nonna's recipes and quality standards, ensuring each dish is flavorful and visually appealing
- General cleaning in the kitchen, including, but not limited to dishwashing, sweeping/mopping, handling of garbage and recycling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines

Experience & Requirements:

- 1-5 years experience in restaurants or hospitality setting required.
- Experience working with diverse cuisines or specialized dietary requirements is an asset
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as commercial ovens, grills, fryers, and knives
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently




- Candidates must show strong teamwork skills, a positive attitude, and a solid work ethic, with the ability to step into any role the kitchen needs
- First Aid training is an asset
