Duties and Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain the cleanliness of an industrial dishwasher
- Clean all pots/dishes, safely put dishes away
- Ensure continual maintenance of the dishwashing machine
- Ensure proper garbage disposal
- Ensure proper handling of dishes to avoid breakage and soiling
- Complete cleaning checklists
- Restock items as needed
- Ensure the garbage has been taken out and bins cleaned thoroughly
- Help with Minor prep (cut fries, etc… )




- Clean section and help kitchen staff for end of night cleaning/breakdown
- Help with additional tasks, as required and assigned by supervisor/manager

Requirements :

- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Good organization, coordination, and multi-tasking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Positive attitude with a team mindset
- Physically able to lift, reach, bend, stoop.
