Critical activities include resource recruitment, hiring, allocation, and performance management, inventory organization, and leadership in customer care experiences and safety excellence. - Recruit, hire, coach and develop talent to support growth, performance and long-term success
- Drive exceptional customer experiences by ensuring consistent, customer-focused service in every store
- Oversee operational and financial performance by managing key performance indicators, budgets and profitability targets
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity and implement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure effective workforce planning, scheduling and payroll administration to support business needs
- Manage contracts and business opportunities while ensuring compliance with company standards and objectives
- Champion a culture of safety and accountability by ensuring adherence to all operational, regulatory and safety requirements What makes you great* - Hold a secondary school diploma, with a degree in Business Management or a related field considered an asset
- Demonstrate a minimum of 1 to 3 years of people leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management and employee development
- Bring a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience managing operational budgets, financial performance and cost control initiatives
- Have experience managing institutional contracts, including requests for proposals and contract renewals
- Communicate fluently in both French and English
- Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with the ability to travel frequently between locations
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, decision-making and conflict resolution skills in a rapid-paced environment
