Responsibilities

As a Dispatcher at Integrity Waste Solutions, you will be responsible for the following:

Truck Dispatch: Efficiently dispatching trucks and resources to ensure timely delivery and pickup of materials and equipment.

Route Sheet Management: Closing route sheets accurately and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.

Job Procedure Management: Overseeing job procedures to ensure tasks are completed according to established protocols and standards.

Project Management: Assisting in project management tasks to ensure projects are executed smoothly and efficiently.

High-Energy Environment: Thriving in a fast-paced and high-energy work environment where adaptability and quick decision-making are key.

Computer Skills: Utilizing computer skills and learning job-specific software to manage and track tasks effectively.

Client and Public Representation: Positive, factual and professional interaction with clients and the public.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.





Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in computer skills and a willingness to learn job-specific software.

Previous dispatching or related experience is a plus.

Compensation

Negotiable salary or wage based on experience.
