Duties

- Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) and to schedule, track, and optimize freight movements.
- Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate shipping and receiving processes.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing clear information and exceptional phone etiquette.
- Enter data accurately into systems such as Avaal and other logistics software to maintain up-to-date shipment records.
- Analyze shipping data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements within the supply chain.




- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve scheduling conflicts or delivery issues promptly.
- Oversee shipping & receiving activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company policies.

Requirements

- Need experience minimum 1 year
- Proven experience with transportation management systems (TMS), Avaal, or Torque AI is highly desirable.
- Strong data entry skills with excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret freight data and optimize logistics processes.
- Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and clear verbal articulation.
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures within a supply chain.
- Familiarity with freight operations, shipping documentation, and warehouse management practices.
