As a leader at Miller Waste Systems, you will take charge of the Ottawa West shop's equipment management.

Your role involves ensuring that all equipment is well-maintained, safety protocols are upheld, and that the equipment team is effectively mentored. This position requires a strong commitment to collaboration and operational excellence across departments. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure cost-effective equipment operation while maintaining safety
- Conduct safety training and mentoring for team members
- Assist with budgeting and monthly cost analysis
- Supervise maintenance and repairs, including HVAC
- Manage external repair shop compliance with policies Requirements:
- At least 5 years of managerial experience
- Minimum ‘G’ Driver’s Licence; 310T Truck & Coach license preferred
- Good knowledge of asset management systems
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivation
- Ability to travel to multiple facilities as needed Lead equipment management and enhance safety practices at Miller Waste Systems.
