Key Responsibilities:
• Address client inquiries related to Systems and Trading
• Provide tailored training to advisors and their teams
• Collaborate departmentally for comprehensive solutions
• Manage project tasks regarding procedural updates
• Support management with priority items as needed
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English, investment-specific terms
• 1-3 years experience in banking or financial service roles
• Relevant academic credentials preferred
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong independent work ethic in a hybrid setup
