Your role will include managing A/B testing practices and enhancing onboarding strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Growth engineering and acquisition funnel design • Partner with product and design teams for agile solutions • Cultivate a culture of A/B testing and measurement • Lead projects focusing on AI-driven feature development • Mentor and retain skilled engineers within the team
Requirements: • At least 8 years in software engineering, including 4 years in leadership • Experience in a SaaS or consumer tech environment • Knowledge of growth engineering principles and practices • Strong analytical skills for funnel and data interpretation • Experienced with AI functionalities in product development
