Then you're the person we're looking for!ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:All other related tasksBe available to respond to emergenciesCarry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as requiredChange light bulbs in the common areasMake service callsMinor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations,
