Job Description: The incumbent strives to maintain and increase full time and part-time enrolment for the ongoing success of the college with a targeted focus on generating awareness in the non-direct market specifically with those transitioning from government and military and looking for full-time academic delivery. The incumbent serves as a primary recruitment contact and ongoing liaison between the College and prospective students, community groups, secondary schools and other influencers in various matters relating to the application for admission, program information, course information, and college services. The incumbent recruits secondary, post-secondary and non-direct applicants. The incumbent uses a CRM system to create contacts and maintain relationships. Additionally, the incumbent will assist the Manager of Recruitment with planning, developing and implementing recruitment strategies including events and campaigns.

Required Qualifications
- Three (3) year Diploma, Degree or equivalent: Public Relations, Marketing or Business,
Communications, Event Management.
- Minimum five (5) years experience in a public relations, marketing, sales or related lead generation field with experience in:
- Extensive experience in results-driven marketing and communications in an academic setting;
- Demonstrated budget management and project management and event management;
- Experience collaborating on projects;
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and simultaneously co-ordinate a variety of unrelated activities;
- Familiarity with campaign tracking and measurement tools;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Advanced proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Experience using a customer relationship management tool.
Valid Driver's License Requirement
A valid Ontario Class G driver's license and access to reliable transportation are required for this position, as travel may be necessary to perform job duties. Candidates must maintain a valid driver's license and remain legally eligible to operate a motor vehicle throughout their employment in this role.
