Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Door and Window Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and restoring doors and windows across a variety of residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will ensure that each installation meets safety standards, quality expectations, and client specifications.

Responsibilities

- Install doors, windows, frames, and related hardware with the use of hand tools such as drills, saws, levels, and caulking guns.
- Use carpentry skills to modify or customize door and window frames for optimal fit and function.
- Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure weatherproofing, energy efficiency, and durability of installations.




- Maintain a clean work setting by organizing tools and materials while adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

- Proven experience with hand tools, carpentry, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation in a construction setting.
- Strong knowledge of door and window installation processes along with restoration techniques.
- Construction experience with a focus on precision craftsmanship and quality control.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to project changes or unforeseen challenges.
- Valid driver’s license preferred; ability to work at heights or in confined spaces as required.
