The Kamloops Home Hardware Building Centre team is looking for a hardworking, reliable and self-motivated person to fill a position with our Door Shop team.

Responsibilities

- Assisting in all areas of production of the door shop such as cutting material or prepping door jambs for hinges
- Operating equipment in shop such as door machine, table saw, thickness planer,



miter saws and various hand tools
- Assembly of interior doors
- Building pallets
- General shop duties such as clean up and putting product away as it arrives
- Assisting Installs Manager with home installations

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Hand and power tool experience is an asset
- Quick and eager learner with a great attitude
- Flexible scheduling
- Self-motivated with the ability to work well with a team or individually
- Strong time management skills
- Professional and punctual
- Reliable and respectful
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- All candidates must be able to lift and carry at least 50lbs.
