Customer Service & Vehicle Coordination

- Provide a professional and welcoming experience for customers arriving to drop off or pick up their vehicles.
- Greet clients promptly and ensure they are connected with their Service Advisor upon arrival.
- Assist with vehicle inspections and check-in procedures in accordance with Audi guidelines.
- Coordinate the distribution and return of loaner vehicles, as required.
- Retrieve and position customer vehicles for efficient and timely pickup.
- Provide valet services as needed.

Drive-Thru & Lot Support

- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service drive-thru area.
- Assist with seasonal maintenance around the service drive and entrances, including snow removal and salting as required.
- Support the organization and movement of vehicles throughout the lot.

Service Department Support

- Work closely with Service Advisors and other team members to support the efficient flow of customers and vehicles.
- Assist the Service Manager and department with additional operational duties as required.

Qualifications
- Valid G drivers license and clean drivers abstract
- Previous experience in a dealership, service department, or valet role.




- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Capable of standing, walking, and working outdoors

- Bilingual ( English/French)
