We are seeking a motivated and dependable Driver/Swamper to join our dynamic team. Should have a clean driver abstract and be able to pass a criminal record check. In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely operating vehicles to transport materials and equipment, while also assisting with loading, unloading, and securing cargo.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate trucks and other company vehicles to transport goods to designated locations
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo, ensuring proper handling of materials
- Perform heavy lifting as needed to move equipment or supplies securely
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all shipments
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate routes and schedules efficiently
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws at all times during vehicle operation
Experience
- Prior experience driving commercial or heavy-duty vehicles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for qualified candidates
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively in various conditions
- Strong understanding of driving regulations and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Physical stamina to handle long hours on the road and manual tasks involved in loading/unloading
