Responsibilities

- Deliver structured driving lessons tailored to each learner’s skill level and learning style
- Assess learners’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to enhance their driving abilities
- Prepare students for licensing tests by teaching road rules, safety procedures, and practical skills
- Maintain accurate records of lessons, assessments, and learner progress in compliance with regulatory standards
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during instruction to promote a secure learning environment
- Communicate clearly and effectively with learners, answering questions and addressing concerns with patience and professionalism
- Stay updated on current traffic laws, driving regulations,



and best practices in driver education

Skills

- Strong communication skills to effectively convey instructions and feedback to diverse learners
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and motivate students
- Demonstrated classroom experience or training in instructional techniques is highly desirable
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt teaching methods to individual needs
- Knowledge of traffic laws, safety standards, and vehicle operation principle

Qualifications

- Must be a licensed in-car instructor
- Must have 5 years of Class G driving experience
