Duties

- Operate dry cleaning machines, washing machines, pressing equipment, and other cleaning tools efficiently and safely
- Inspect garments for stains, damages, or special care instructions before processing
- Apply appropriate cleaning methods including dry cleaning, washing, steaming, pressing, and finishing to achieve optimal results
- Handle delicate fabrics with care, ensuring each item is treated according to its specific requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency




- Verify customer orders and ensure all garments are correctly labeled and tracked throughout the cleaning process
- Assist with laundry services for hotel or hospitality settings when needed, providing prompt and professional service

Experience

- Previous experience in a laundry or dry cleaning environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry standards is a plus
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, stain removal, and garment care is advantageous
- Ability to operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Solid attention to detail with a focus on quality control
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
