We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

- Lead project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & completion
- Develop & maintain detailed project schedules
- Prepare cost estimates & perform quantity take-offs
- Work closely with field & office teams to ensure compliance with drawings, specs & contracts
- Coordinate on-site operations with superintendents & site teams
- Monitor timelines & adjust schedules to meet deadlines
- Manage project scope, subcontractors & internal teams
- Allocate & manage resources effectively
- Ensure safety standards are upheld
- Maintain accurate documentation & reporting

- Implement quality control procedures
- Manage risks,



scope changes & resolve project challenges
- Deliver projects on time, on budget & per specifications

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in wall & ceiling or related construction trades
- Proven construction project management experience
- Experience with large-scale high-rise multifamily & commercial projects
- Degree/diploma in related field (asset)

- Project Management certification (asset)

Job Type: Full time Pay: $60,000.00-$108,604.69 per year
