Responsibilities
- Apply joint compound and tape to drywall seams, ensuring smooth transitions and a professional finish
- Sand and smooth surfaces to prepare for painting or further finishing work
- Use hand tools, power tools, and scaffolding safely and efficiently during finishing tasks
- Perform minor carpentry or handyman tasks as needed to support drywall installation and finishing processes
- Maintain a clean work area,
disposing of debris properly and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
Experience
- Prior construction experience with drywall taping and finishing is highly preferred
- Knowledge of construction painting, carpentry, caulking, and
- Hands-on handyman experience demonstrates versatility and problem-solving skills on-site
- Familiarity with construction safety standards and proper tool handling is essential
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Robust attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes
