Role: Dynamics 365 Lead Developer

Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite)

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service

Solid experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, and related architecture/design practices

Experience with Azure services, including:

Azure Data Factory

Service Bus

Azure SQL

Logic Apps

Azure Key Vault

Experience with Copilot Studio

Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD and C#.NET

Experience working in iterative and Agile development environments

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment





Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Desired Skills

Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure certifications

Knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns

Experience with full application lifecycle testing, including:

Functional Testing

Regression Testing

Performance Testing

Integration Testing

Delivery management experience

Ability to interact directly with business users and stakeholders at all organizational levels
