This role focuses on partnering with various departments to navigate legal matters effectively. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will be integral in drafting commercial agreements and advising on compliance and governance. Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial legal documents
• Collaborate with Sales on contracts and legal risks
• Partner with HR on employment law issues
• Advise on compliance and risk management matters




• Enhance legal processes using AI technology
Requirements:
• J.D. or LL.B. from an accredited Canadian law school
• 1-5 years of relevant legal experience required
• Active member in positive standing with Law Society of Ontario
• Proven contract review and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with Canadian employment law preferred
