Join a dynamic team in Halifax, NS as a DevOps Specialist focused on GitHub Actions in a hybrid model. Help app teams transition with your DevOps expertise.
This full-time position requires strong skills in CI/CD pipelines and automation techniques. You will work closely with development teams to streamline deployments from Jenkins to GitHub Actions and troubleshoot any related challenges. You must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, allowing you to write POM and settings files efficiently from scratch and support various integration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support migration of app teams from Jenkins to GitHub Actions • Diagnose and resolve DevOps-related challenges • Create and manage CI/CD pipeline stages and workflows • Implement automations for smooth integrations • Configure GitHub Actions workflows and manage execution
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT diploma • Proven CI/CD pipeline experience • Expertise in GitHub Actions and Jenkins • Strong understanding of Maven, NPM, and other build tools • Experience with Docker containers and Kubernetes management
