Linea Intima is a luxury lingerie retailer with three GTA locations and a growing e-commerce business. We are looking for an organized, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our head office team.

This is an entry-level position ideal for someone interested in e-commerce, retail operations, customer service, and fashion. The successful candidate will help manage online orders from beginning to end while providing thoughtful and professional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Process Shopify orders accurately from receipt through fulfillment
- Pick, inspect, package, and prepare merchandise for shipping
- Create shipping labels and monitor order and delivery statuses
- Respond to customer emails and phone calls professionally
- Assist customers with product questions, order updates, exchanges, and other inquiries
- Request and coordinate stock transfers from our three store locations
- Pull merchandise from head office inventory
- Update order information and maintain accurate inventory records
- Prepare and review basic sales, inventory, and order reports
- Communicate with store teams regarding stock availability and customer requests
- Assist with general administrative and operational tasks
- Support the buying department with various functions as the role develops

Qualifications

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail




- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Ability to manage several tasks and priorities accurately
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable handling, organizing, and packaging merchandise
- Previous retail, customer service, administrative, or e-commerce experience is an asset
- Shopify experience is an asset but not required

Schedule This is a part-time position with regular weekday hours at our head office. There is potential for the role to develop into a full-time position, including additional responsibilities supporting our buying department.
