About the Role
We're looking for a versatile E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist who can wear many hats and own our online presence and customer-facing experience end-to-end. This role blends e-commerce, web maintenance, digital marketing, order processing, and hands-on customer service — from maintaining our website/e-shops and running campaigns that drive traffic and conversions, to being a friendly, reliable point of contact for our customers. We're looking for someone who's equally comfortable in a design tool, a marketing dashboard, and a conversation with a customer — someone who takes pride in getting the details right and genuinely enjoys helping people.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce, Web Development & Site Maintenance
●Maintain the company website, e-shops, product updates, and pricing in a word press environment
●Work with developer to ensure the site is responsive, fast-loading, accessible, and optimized for conversions
●Perform regular audits for broken links, outdated content, and UX issues
●Collaborate with developers (or handle light front-end code) to implement design changes
●Maintain brand consistency across all web properties
Digital Marketing
●Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across SEO, paid search/social, and email marketing
●Manage content calendars for blog, social media, and email newsletters
●Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/technical SEO best practices
●Set up and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
●Monitor and report on KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social insights
●Support trade show and event marketing efforts, including promotional emails, social campaigns, landing pages, and digital signage/graphics
●Coordinate pre- and post-show follow-up campaigns to capture and nurture leads generated at events
Content & Brand
●Create or coordinate creation of graphics, copy, and video content for campaigns
●Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across channels
●Support product launches and promotions with dedicated landing pages and creative assets
Analysis & Optimization
●Track website and campaign performance; report insights and recommendations
●Run A/B tests on landing pages, emails, and ad creative
●Stay current on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and design best practices
Customer Service
●Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across the website (live chat/contact forms), social media, and email in a timely, on-brand manner
●Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, routing technical, billing, or product issues to the right department
●Address basic website usability issues customers report (broken forms, login problems, checkout errors) and coordinate fixes
●Monitor online reviews and social mentions, responding professionally to both positive and negative feedback
●Track common customer questions/pain points and feed insights back into website UX and content improvements
●Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner, including order entry, confirmations, and coordinating with fulfillment/shipping teams
●Track order status and proactively update customers on delays, backorders, or issues
●Help maintain FAQ pages, chatbot flows, and self-service help content to reduce repetitive inquiries
Required Qualifications
●2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, web design, or a related field
●Proficiency with website builders/CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Squarespace, etc.)
●Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
●Experience with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva)
●Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
●Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.)
●Experience running paid campaigns on Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager
●Strong analytical skills and comfort with Google Analytics/GA4
●Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
●Strong customer-facing communication skills, with a friendly, patient, and solutions-oriented approach
●Familiarity with order management/e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar) and processing orders accurately
●Knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) for managing customer/lead data and communications
Preferred Qualifications
●Experience using helpdesk/live chat tools (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or similar)
●Experience with marketing automation platforms
●Basic video editing or motion graphics skills
●Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles
●Experience with A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, or native platform tools)
●Prior experience in business-to-business (B2B) e-commerce
