Full Time Early Childhood Educator (ECE)

Cottonwoods Childcare Centre is looking for a kind, caring, and enthusiastic Full Time Early Childhood Educator to join our little childcare family!

We are a small, close-knit centre where relationships truly matter. Our team supports one another like family, and we take pride in creating a warm, welcoming environment for both the children and the staff. We are looking for someone who has a genuine love for working with children and who values connection, teamwork, laughter, and kindness.

This position offers the opportunity to work with both our 3–5 year old daycare and preschool group, as well as our 6–10 year old out-of-school care children. We are looking for an educator who enjoys building meaningful relationships with children of all ages and supporting their growth through play, exploration, and connection.

We are seeking someone who is kind, dependable, and passionate about early learning. Someone who values teamwork, enjoys building strong relationships with families, and wants to be part of a supportive workplace where everyone is treated like family.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Has a warm and nurturing personality




- Loves working with children and helping them grow

- Is dependable, positive, and caring
- Brings creativity, patience, and kindness into the classroom each day
- Is flexible and willing to support the needs of the centre by working shifts scheduled between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- Has robust verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with children, families, and coworkers

Qualifications
- Valid BC ECE License to Practice
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Criminal Record Check
- Class 5 Drivers License and willing to get their Class 4
